Where do you ship to?

How long does shipping take?
We pack your order within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days via local courier.

Can I do self-pickup or get same-day delivery?

Is your matcha ceremonial grade?
Yes! Our Kiwami blend is ceremonial-grade — shade-grown, stone-milled, and sourced directly from Japan for a smooth, rich umami taste.

What’s the shelf life?
Our matcha stays fresh for about 12 months. If unopened and stored well, it can last up to 18–24 months — keep it cool and dry (fridge is even better!).

Is your matcha halal certified?
Yes, it is! Our matcha is officially halal certified and contains absolutely no additives or flavorings — just pure Japanese green tea 🍃

🛒 Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, FPX (online banking), and most major e-wallets at checkout — smooth and secure!

Do you accept returns?
Because matcha is a food product, we can’t accept returns — but if your item arrives damaged or something’s off, reach out within 3 days and we’ll make it right 💚
